Cold Pressed

By using a cold press juicer rather than a centrifugal juicer or blender, the fruit is being crushed slowly instead of rapidly sliced, which avoids applying any heat that kills the enzymes and reduces the nutrients in the juice.

The cold pressed method of extraction provides minimum exposure to air, which results in very slow oxidation, which is why it can be stored for up to 96 hours with little loss of flavor, color or vital elements.
